Refund policy
CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
All printed/embroidered products are printed on demand AND shipped using Printify and Printful unless otherwise stated. The print/embroidery quality of each product may vary.
All products under the KASERNBOSÄTTNING (KBS) line are conceptualized, crafted, and up-cycled by hand, meaning that these items will have inherent irregularities due to their handmade DIY nature.
- Any imperfections, distressing, and (non-structural) damage are a desired visual aspect which adds to the individuality of each piece. No two KBS items are the same.
Wash any printed item inside out and cold (or abide by the item listing's care instructions) to avoid the fading of ink over time. Do not iron directly over printed areas. Iron inside out on low heat setting if needed.
- Brighter colored ink may vary in shade due to levels of ink needed for fabric type.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
NO ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR A REFUND OR RETURN AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Please double and triple-check your order and shipping information before checking out.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE MADE UPON MY DISCRETION
IN MOST CASES, adjustments to size, quantity, and other adjustments CANNOT be made after an order has been placed.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
In the rare case that your item arrives with defects, an incorrect size/print, or is otherwise damaged, please send your order #, photos, and a brief description of your issue to either barakssetulmen@gmail.com or @barakssetulmen on Instagram, or contact me through the site’s contact form, and I will work with you to find a solution and have the print providers send you a replacement item.
- Items that do not fit may possibly be replaced for a different size as long as I'm provided pictures of the item with its measurements (as this is the only desired way to show evidence of an ill-fitting product to Printify and Printful providers).
- Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Please note that these order replacements are made at the discretion of the print providers and I have NO say in their decision of whether or not to send replacements.
If your package is missing, please contact the post office for more information. I am unable to prevent the loss of packages after they are shipped, however I want all customers to be satisfied. We can work out a solution as long as an order number, photo evidence (such as order confirmations/tracking updates), and a brief description of the issue is provided. However, please note I am not responsible for your package after it is shipped and can help within reason which I reserve the right to assess on a case by case basis. Order claims made (30) days after the item is received will not be considered. All damages reported after (30) Days upon reception will be considered the fault of the customer.
